Returns, Exchanges, Credits & Refunds
Returns and Exchanges Policy for all Products ( For health reasons this excludes all Body Products, Jewellery, Nightwear & Lingerie, not including bras).
Please choose colour and size carefully - where possible we provide sizing information with our product details to help you choose. If you have any queries about colours or sizing before purchase, please contact us at enquiries - it pays to "measure twice - buy once".
All exchanges will incur a delivery fee of non rural $6.50 and rural $9.00 within New Zealand.
We believe in the quality of our merchandise.
In the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return the unworn and unaltered item(s) in the original condition and with all tags attached within 14 days (for NZ orders), or within 21 days (for International Orders) of its arrival. When we receive the item(s), we will either credit the original form of payment, issue store credit or exchange for desired items if they are available.
Please note, if the goods are returned in a less than new condition, including smelling of cigarette smoke/cooking odours and not within the other terms mentioned above, we have the right to refuse the item and send it back to you at your expense without refund, credit or exchange.
All delivery/packaging & handling fees are non refundable.
In the case of refund back to your credit card, restrictions by the credit card banking process mean that the full amount that you paid for your item/items including shipping will be refunded back into your credit card however then the amount for shipping + any unreturned product will again be taken back out immediately upon actioning of the refund. This may then result in more than 1 transaction showing on your statement.
Returns, credits & exchanges or refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned garment (s)
Important information when returning:
Please print your e receipt/invoice and return it in your parcel with the returned goods.
Send the items you\'re returning to our postal address found on the form. If you cannot find the form, please email us for further advice.
We are not responsible for lost returns.
Once we receive the garments, we will notify you within 5 business days via your email address on record of the refund, credit or exchange.
We will also email you within 5 working days to notify you if the selected exchange items are not in stock in the size/colour selected.
Any items for return should be sent to our physical delivery address rather than to our Post Office Box. For details of where to send the item, please contact us for further info. This will also make us aware that the item is being returned.
