Shipping to a New Zealand Non Rural Address
We use Post Haste Couriers for delivery within New Zealand. Sheer Curves Limited's Flat Rate Courier Charge to a Non Rural address within New Zealand is NZ $6.50 per order to a maximum of 25 Kg's. Some particularly large orders may need to be shipped as Oversized Parcels. Oversized Parcels will be charged at a rate of NZ$15.00 per parcel. We will advise you if your order requires the oversized rate.
For all orders, within New Zealand, please allow for up to 8 business days from the time your order is received and payment has cleared, for your order/orders to be packed & delivered. To ensure speedy delivery and accuracy, please check your shipping address before you submit your order. Orders for products that are in stock will generally be processed within 2 business days after payment is received/cleared.
Undelivered items within New Zealand:
As mentioned above, please allow a minimum of eight business days for your order to arrive. In the unlikely event that your purchase is lost in transit, please contact us at enquiries and we will investigate further with the courier company on your behalf.
